Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives, advising on workforce planning, and implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with management to identify HR needs and provide solutions that drive business success.
• Supporting recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and participate in the selection process.
