We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering top-notch service to our valued customers. Responsibilities: Perform regular pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks, etc. Diagnose and repair pool equipment issues to ensure optimal performance. Inspect and maintain pool water quality and sanitation standards. Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients. Document service visits and communicate findings to clients effectively. Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in pool care. Assist in the installation of new pool equipment and systems as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in pool maintenance technology. Requirements: Ability to endure intense seasonal temperature while working outside year-round. Ability to lift & haul heavier items, such as bulk deliveries of chemicals. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed (which is rare). Preferred: Experience in the trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc) preferred, and will be taken into consideration when finalizing compensation. Previous experience in pool maintenance or related field preferred, and will be taken into consideration when finalizing compensation. Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and maintenance practices.
