The Operational Dashboard Developer, under general supervision, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives in MS Power BI projects through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.This position also:Develops or modifies moderately complex information systems; analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and revises existing system logic difficulties as necessary.Assists in applying common best MS Power BI practices for the industry to the customer using a knowledge base to create conceptual business models and to identify relevant issues and consideration in selecting application software packages.Assesses the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components and helps to define the direction and strategy for an engagement while ensuring the organizational needs are being addressed.Guides and advises less experienced Business Systems Analysts.Works in some phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's in IT or related fieldMicrosoft Power BI Data Analyst CertificationSecret Security ClearanceEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:5+ yearsPREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:At least two (2) years of experience in MS Power BI implementationPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:Sitting for long periodsStanding for long periodsAmbulate throughout an officeAmbulate between several buildingsAbout Empower AIAll hiring and promotion decisions at Empower AI are based on merit to bring the best talent available to contribute to our firm's overall success.
