About the Role:

As an Overnight Client Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Preparing for appointments by reviewing medical records, retrieving client files, and getting all necessary forms ready ahead of time
• Accurately completing and reviewing forms to ensure compliance with Ethos standards and legal requirements
• Entering client and patient information into our system with precisionkeeping everything up to date and matching charges with estimates and treatment plans
• Admitting and discharging pets with care, and making sure follow-up visits are scheduled seamlessly
• Collecting payments and walking clients through their payment options, including flexible financing solutions
• Handling pet insurance claims from start to finish, taking the stress off our clients' plates
• Keeping our public areas tidy and welcoming, including the front desk, waiting areas, restrooms, and bereavement rooms

Compensation:

• $24 - $28 pending experience & skillset
• Shift differential: $5/hour between 11PM-7AM

Schedule Options: We are happy to work with you to find a schedule that fits your lifestyle!

• Full-time: Tuesday - Friday 9PM-7AM
• Part-time: Thursday 8PM- 6AM + Saturday 9PM-7AM
