This role will support the Clinical Solutions products.Duties & Responsibilities:Design and implement software front end application enhancements and bug fixes given general instructionsParticipates in iteration and release planningAdheres to core design and testing principlesUnderstands and interprets detailed technical specificationsFollows and updates the design specifications as neededLearns and follow standards, processes and proceduresAuthors supporting documentationPrepares own work for inclusion in the release/deployment management processParticipates in peer technical reviewsTroubleshoots identified problems and provides support and follow-up for issuesCompletes assigned design tasks within the time allottedMentors Software DevelopersResponsible for the quality of work that the team members perform.Coordinates with other IT and business teams.Trains other developers on standards, policies, and procedures.Supports Software ApplicationsCoordinates issue resolution processProvides support and follow-up for issues.Qualifications:Strong knowledge of SQL, specifically with Microsoft SQL ServerAI-first driven planning, development, and testing; familiar with recent models, tools, and techniquesKnowledge of basic statisticsStrong software engineering skills on the .Net Core platformWeb front-end technologies including Angular/React, JavaScript and CSSExperience in JSON and API development methodologies.Experience in containerization(dockers/Kubernetes) preferredExperience in CI/CD preferredGitLab experience highly desirableExperience with test driven developmentExcellent communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.Thorough understanding of data structures and object-oriented techniquesProject task multi-tasking and prioritization, Individual time managementExperience:Bachelor's Degree or comparable broad-based work experience is required. Advance training or certification in software design/development is an advantage.6+ years experience as a Data Engineer or Database Administrator (DBA)6+ years experience in software developmentCode reviews and code review participationAbility to communicate best practice solutions to other developersAbility to present technical ideas and work with development teams to identify best practice solutionsDon't meet every single requirement? It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
