What Youll Do:

Greet customers and assist with their service needs
Listen carefully to concerns and communicate them to technicians
Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish

What Were Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of vehicles (a plus, but not required)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
