Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in an acute care hospital setting
• Conduct PET scans as part of routine imaging duties (on-site training available for qualified candidates)
• Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment in accordance with facility protocols
• Document and chart patient imaging data accurately using Epic EMR
• Participate in optional on-call shifts (Monday–Friday and weekends) if desired; on-call is not required
• Float between facilities within the state as operationally required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required
• Active California state license in hand at time of submission (no pending licenses accepted)
• Current BLS certification required
• NMTCB or ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) certification required
• No first-time travelers; candidates must have at least 2 years of experience to be considered
• Must disclose any license or background hits at time of submission; no open license hits will be approved

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior PET scan experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience charting in Epic EMR
• Experience working in a Magnet-designated acute care hospital environment
