Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern will assist with content creation, social media planning and other marketing projects while gaining exposure to digital advertising, analytics and campaign development.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and creating social media content across multiple platforms.
• Capture and edit short-form video and photo content featuring Springfield Clinic providers, employees, services and community involvement.
• Participate in content shoots, creative brainstorming and campaign planning.
• Help monitor social media channels and support community engagement.
• Research social media trends, content opportunities and best practices.
• Assist with tracking social media and campaign performance.
• Support additional digital marketing initiatives, including website, email, advertising and other projects as needed.
• Collaborate with members of the Brand & Experience team, including digital marketing, content, design and video production.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Media or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and short-form video content.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Edits or similar creative tools preferred.
• Creative, organized, dependable and eager to learn.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a healthcare environment.
