Production Operator

Production Specialist All Departments Overview: This role involves operating and maintaining equipment across various production processes, including assembly, coatings, and injection molding. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality products. You will be responsible for following work instructions, ensuring efficient production flow, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities: Assembly Assemble components according to work instructions and quality standards. Operate hand and power tools as required. Inspect assembled parts for defects and ensure proper fit and function. Package finished products according to specifications. Paint: Responsible for loading/unloading materials and painted parts from the paint line while ensuring part quality. Conducts inspections before and after painting to maintain quality standards for all customers. Regularly communicates with team members and leadership on safety, environmental, quality, production, and cultural topics. Understands and follows work instructions, defect matrices, and quality alerts to support business objectives. Plating Responsible for loading/unloading materials and chrome parts from the plating line while ensuring part quality. Conduct inspections before and after the plating process to maintain quality standards for all customers. Regularly communicates with team members and leadership on safety, environmental, quality, production, and cultural topics. Understands and follows work instructions, defect matrices, and quality alerts to support business objectives. Injection Molding: Remove molded parts from the machine and inspect for defects. Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine malfunctions. Understands and follows work instructions, defect matrices, and quality alerts to support business objectives. Desired Skills and Experience: Qualifications for this role include: High school diploma or GED (preferred). Manufacturing and maintenance experience (preferred). Experience with computers and Microsoft Office (preferred). Excellent language skills: ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; write reports, correspondence, and manuals; and effectively present information to various groups. Basic mathematical skills: ability to perform simple calculations. Strong reasoning ability: ability to understand and follow instructions and solve routine problems using common sense.
