Bilingual Psychiatric Care Coordinator
THE JOSSELYN CENTER NFP
THE JOSSELYN CENTER NFP is seeking a Psychiatric Services Case Manager located in Northbrook, Illinois. This role is dedicated to advocating for clients' health while ensuring they receive the most suitable care. The Case Manager will collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans and assist in managing client transitions to and from outpatient care. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a human services field, experience in a mental health setting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office365.
