About Stick With Me Sweets

Stick With Me Sweets is a luxury chocolate company based in New York City, creating handcrafted confections and beautifully packaged gifts shipped nationwide. Every order is carefully prepared and hand-packed in our Brooklyn kitchen.

We work in a fast-paced, team-based environment producing high volumes of chocolate gifts—and yes, we eat a lot of chocolate and sweets along the way.

Position Overview

Based in our Brooklyn kitchen near DUMBO, this role is scheduled during weekday daytime hours. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available.

The Kitchen Fulfillment Assistant is a fully hands-on, standing role focused on packing and preparing orders for daily shipment. Work is structured, repetitive, and follows clear step-by-step procedures to meet strict daily shipping deadlines.

What You’ll Do

* Hand-pack chocolate boxes for daily shipment

* Individually wrap confections in bulk

* Assemble and tape mailer boxes for shipment

* Prepare and organize packaging materials for daily orders

* Follow step-by-step packing procedures

* Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked

* Work with the team to meet daily shipping deadlines

Requirements

* Ability to follow instructions in English or Spanish preferred

* Comfortable standing for the entire shift

* Able to lift up to 30 lbs

* Comfortable with repetitive physical packing work

Training is provided. No prior experience required.
