Now Hiring: Retail Sales Team Lead
Are you outgoing, energetic, and love meeting new people? We’re looking for a charismatic Retail Team Lead to help bring our brand to life through fun, face-to-face interactions. If you’re passionate about marketing, enjoy building connections, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers in retail settings to promote our products
- Lead product demos that highlight key features and benefits
- Gather customer feedback to help shape our marketing efforts
- Create buzz and share experiences on social media
- Support in-store events and marketing campaigns
- Represent our brand with confidence, enthusiasm, and authenticity
- Deliver top-notch customer service and build genuine connections
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in demos, sales, events, or promotions is a plus
- Comfortable using social media to connect and influence
- Multilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
- Background in customer service or food service is a bonus
- Familiarity with marketing tools or data collection is helpful
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Job Details:
- Schedule: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 5 days/week
- Training: Paid (virtual + in-person)
- Start Date: Immediate openings after Zoom interview
- FULL TIME position - w2
- Hourly plus commission and bonus
- Management training and leadership development
