Executive Director

The client seeks an Executive Director to serve as the chief executive and administrative leader, working closely with the Board of Directors, Music Director, and General Manager to advance the organization’s artistic, financial, and strategic goals. Reporting to the Board of Directors through the Board President, the Executive Director will provide overall management and help set direction in support of the organization’s mission. Key responsibilities include ensuring long-term financial sustainability, leading fundraising efforts, strengthening organizational culture, and maintaining an effective community presence. The role also requires partnering with leadership to support both day-to-day execution and broader strategic initiatives that reinforce artistic quality and cultural vitality. The client is looking for a visionary, collaborative, and results-driven leader with a demonstrated record of success in nonprofit management, preferably within the arts.
