Senior Project Executive

Position Summary The Senior Project Executive is responsible for leading all phases of assigned healthcare projects. The role requires a deep understanding of the development process and a proven track record in project management across planning, design, pre‑construction, contracting, budgeting, and team coordination. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Assist partners, planners, and associates in performing project feasibility analyses. Conduct project visioning sessions with client senior management. Lead A/E qualification, selection, and contract negotiations. Lead qualification, selection, and contract negotiations for other consultant team members. Review, negotiate, and approve additional work requests from A/E and consultants. Supervise programming and planning efforts of the selected architect. Perform site analysis and investigation. Develop and enforce detailed development budgets and schedules. Obtain required project public approvals (CON, zoning, annexation, site plan, wetlands, and other processes). Provide design direction and manage the overall design process. Review design development and construction documents for adequacy. Lead GC or CM qualification, selection, and contract negotiations. Evaluate adequacy of all construction allowances, contingencies, and general conditions. Provide construction administration in accordance with company policies and procedures, including the Facility Development Project Manual. Review and negotiate GC or CM change order requests. Monitor GC or CM performance to identify potential risks. Manage project cost control and produce accurate monthly budget and invoicing reports. Coordinate selection, procurement, delivery, and installation of medical equipment, signage, and furniture. Prepare monthly reports for clients. Create project overview and status presentations for client administration, boards, and committees. Promote company services through thought leadership, speaking engagements, client leadership, and business development efforts. Collaborate with company colleagues to achieve client goals and overall company success. Utilize e‑Builder software throughout the project. Embrace the company culture and work collaboratively to reach business objectives. Supervisory Duties The Senior Project Executive provides strong leadership and oversight for Project Executives and Project Specialists, fostering team efficiency, effectiveness, and professional development in line with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred and a minimum of eight years of progressive healthcare project management experience in leading and managing complex projects. Demonstrated high level of professionalism and performance in planning, design, pre‑construction, contract negotiations, cost control, scheduling, and team coordination activities. Excellent project budgeting, contract negotiation, and scheduling skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze data for clients and the team to achieve project goals. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with executive‑level external and internal healthcare clients. Skilled in multitasking, working independently, and managing all aspects of construction projects efficiently. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows applications; E‑Builder experience strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
