• Prior success in high-pressure, fast-paced environments demonstrating innovative problemsolving skills a plus • Previous experience leading/coordinating operations teams in engineering/manufacturing (or similar) environments • Experience working in technical environments is a plus (working in manufacturing, construction, automotive and/or relatable engineering environment is preferred) • Ability to coach and mentor with a desire to learn, lead, and grow

This is a Contract position based out of Spokane, WA.

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $51.60/hr.
