As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control and alarm response activities while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors, and reporting access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Complete detailed activity reports, maintain accurate logs, and communicate observations and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
