Procurement Associate

Please Note: No Third-Party or C2C Firms Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship We are searching for a Procurement Associate on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment (W-2). You will support day‑to‑day procurement activities, ensuring efficient, compliant purchasing of goods and services. The role partners with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate sourcing events, process procurement transactions, and maintain accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with business units to understand scope, specifications, and timelines Provide guidance on procurement processes and ensure policy alignment Coordinate across internal teams to support issue resolution and delivery RFQ / Sourcing Support Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers Coordinate supplier communications, clarifications, and bid timelines Track and organize proposals; support basic commercial evaluations Purchase Order Management Create and process purchase orders in procurement system Validate alignment with approved quotes and budgets Change Order Processing Process changes orders for scope, cost, or schedule adjustments Ensure proper approvals and supporting documentation Administrative & Compliance Support Assist with contract administration (renewals, amendments, tracking) Maintain positive working relationships with vendors We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
