Remote & On-Site IT Help Desk Specialist

The EDH Global

A leading IT support company is seeking a Help Desk Specialist in Portland, Oregon. This role involves providing top-level customer IT support, both remotely and on-site. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries, imaging laptops and desktops, and providing excellent customer service to enterprise-level clients. Candidates should have experience with Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and strong communication skills.
