Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney | Baltimore or Easton, MD (Hybrid) | $115,000 to $225,000+

\nMaryland.
\nAny level.
\n \nI’m a recruiter, and I’m hiring for a national civil defense firm that’s been doing defense work for decades.
\n \nThey grow when the work justifies it. Maryland med mal justifies it.
\nThe pay runs in three bands.
\n \n$115,000 to $150,000 at 3 to 7 years.
\n$140,000 to $200,000 at 8 to 15.
\n$180,000 to $225,000 and beyond at partner level. Origination and bonus come into it.
\nHybrid. Flexible schedules. You and the firm work out the week.
\n \nWhat you’d defend
\n- \n
- Medical malpractice claims, from the first expert certificate to trial. \n
- Some general liability and professional liability work alongside, if you want the variety. \n
- Clients from household name corporations to individuals. \n
