Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Pocahontas, AR
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 37 Weeks
Shift: Night | 12-Hour Shifts
Schedule: 48 Hours/Week | Friday–Monday Availability | Weekend Rotation
Local Candidates: Accepted
Traveler Candidates: Accepted
Pay Rate:
Local: $18 -$21.50
Required Qualifications:
Active CNA certification — Required
Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience — Preferred
Ability to work 8-, 12-, or 16-hour shifts as assigned
Friday–Monday and weekend availability — Required
Ability to start within 2 weeks
Ability to follow facility hygiene and footwear requirements
Navy Blue scrubs required
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Support residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and comfort
Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
Provide assistance with activities of daily living
Maintain proper infection-control and hand-hygiene practices
Document resident care accurately
Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
Communicate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary staff
Support quality and patient-centered resident care
