Required Skills

• A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
• Valid NYS license/registration
• At least one year of CT/MRI experience as a radiologic technologist
• Proficiency in operating MRI equipment and adjusting exposure factors
• Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills and patient care orientation
• Ability to troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and billing processes
• Certification in MRI safety or advanced imaging techniques
• Additional certifications or training in radiologic sciences

Preferred Education and Experience

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or higher
• Minimum of one year hands-on MRI and CT work experience in a clinical setting

• Successful pass of pre-employment health clearance
• Availability to work evening shifts (VMS shift: Evenings)
• Commitment to following departmental policies and safety procedures
• Willingness to stay current with ongoing certifications and licensure requirements
