\tLICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS &bull

\tRegistered Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist (RCIS) required within 6 months of hire. &bull

\tCPR Training required and/or must be obtained within 45 days of hire. &bull

\tPALS and ACLS certification required and/or must be obtained and maintained within 12 months of hire. &bull

\tMINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS &bull

\tCompletion of an accredited Cardiac Technology program, Associate, or Baccalaureate program in health science required. &bull

\t1-3 years related work experience preferred. &bull

\tPediatric experience required . &bull

\tKnowledge and skill in invasive procedures protocols, equipment and instrumentation specific to cardiac invasive procedures preferred. &bull

\tInterpersonal skills necessary for effective communication with physicians, nursing personnel, clinicians, other support staff, patients, and families. &bull

\tDemonstrates the skill set to work independently. &bull
