Red Rossa is looking for an energetic, hands-on NIght Restaurant Manager
We’re looking for someone to lead, build, and grow our team, elevate the guest experience, and keep daily operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, roll with the punches of hospitality, and believe in building teams one hire and one relationship at a time , we have an opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house team
Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service, quality, and consistency
Manage scheduling, training, and performance coaching
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
Monitor inventory, costs, and budgets to drive profitability
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

Proven restaurant management or leadership experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Passion for hospitality and team development
Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive under pressure
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
