Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee
• Compliance with facility registry personnel requirements, including wearing a visible photo badge at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team environment
