Job Description Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine required treatment Provide direct patient care per established protocols and patient care guidelines Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and build a comprehensive program to attain those goals Implement the physical therapy treatment program and provide essential treatments Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' comp reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports Qualifications Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current South Carolina PT license or eligible CPR certification Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills Outgoing and energetic personality Responsible individual with a solid work ethic Excellent communication and people skills New or recent graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply to this role Additional Information This position offers a sign-on bonus. The salary range begins at $75,000 and increases based on relevant experience. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. This position is also eligible for discretionary incentive compensation, subject to change under the Company's plan.
