Job DetailsJob Location: Boca Raton, FL 33487Position Summary Senior Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing clinical team. The CNA provides hands‑on personal care services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with the patient’s individualized plan of care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent environment, values meaningful one-on-one patient interaction, and is passionate about delivering high-quality home health care.
