Description Clinical Leader – RN Details Employment Type: Full time Shift: To be determined based on unit scheduling Role Overview The Clinical Leader is a collaborative leader of the care team responsible for coordinating and facilitating the optimal provision of care through daily management of unit operations as prescribed by the American Nurses Association (ANA) Standards of Practice and Professional Performance. The Clinical Leader is accountable for practicing in accordance with standards established by Trinity Health leadership, external regulators, and accreditation agencies. They actively promote the Trinity Health Model of Care and nursing profession, drive nursing practice through facilitation of shared governance, and abide by the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses.
