Salesforce Developer

Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or another closely related field.
• We seek at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• We need a strong grasp of Salesforce data architecture, the object model, relationships, and data management approaches.
• We require hands-on experience with Lightning Web Security (LWS), Apex, Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, and platform integrations.
• We expect proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• We look for experience building solutions with Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning App Builder, Flow Builder, and custom Lightning Web Components.
• We require experience delivering Salesforce solutions in Agile environments and using DevSecOps practices, including source-driven development, Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• We need strong communication skills for working with technical teams and government stakeholders.
• Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, and/or Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.
• Additional preferred experience includes supporting federal enterprise programs, particularly in governance and compliance.
• Familiarity with federal governance, accessibility, and cybersecurity frameworks such as Section 508, FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53 is a plus.

• We design, develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• We manage Salesforce security and access controls, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, public groups, and record-level security.
• We monitor Salesforce seasonal releases, review new platform capabilities, assess impacts on current solutions, and recommend enhancements and adoption approaches.
• We implement innovative enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform that align with business goals, address complex challenges, and deliver strong value to the client.
• We communicate and collaborate with technical team members and stakeholders on status updates, technical issues, and creative solutions.
• We work as part of a scrum team using Agile methods.
