Grill Cook (Full and Part Time)

We are hiring immediately for full and part time GRILL COOK positions. Location: Ilani Casino - 3710 Northwest 319th Street, Ridgefield, WA 98642. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full and part time; days may vary, night shift. Weekend and holiday availability is required. More details upon interview. Requirement: Previous grill cooking experience is required. Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $18.25 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with current applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure high-quality food service is provided. Essential duties and responsibilities include taking orders from customers and preparing items requiring short preparation, serving customers in an efficient, friendly manner, using approved recipes and production standards, carrying pans, kettles and trays of food, storing foods in designated areas, cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils, resolving customer concerns, attending in-service and safety meetings, maintaining good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers, performing job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment, and performing other duties as assigned.
