Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This position involves working between four and five 8-hour shifts per week, with variable start times between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m., and includes on-call duties.Job Details:Location: Milwaukee, WISpecialty: Operating Room (OR) OphthalmologySchedule: 4-5 shifts per week, 8 hours each, with variable start times (6 a.m. to 7 a.m.)Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS); experience in ophthalmology including cataract, retinal, orthopedic, carpal tunnel, breast/plastics; 2 years of experience; current BLS certificate; location in Wisconsin; no minimum years of experience required.Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting ophthalmology surgical procedures such as cataract and retinal surgeries.Float: Float rotation may be required.Additional Information: Support on the unit is provided by charge nurse, supervisor, and manager. Surgical scrubs are provided by the hospital; scrub caps are permitted but must be covered with a surgical bouffant. No call rooms are available.
