OB Hospitalist opening in Medford, OR - 7 shifts per month

Seeking a BE/BC OB Emergency Department Physician to join OB Hospitalist team! In this role, you will oversee and administer the continuum of hospital care from the time the patient is admitted until the time of discharge. Responsibilities include patient care and leadership related to hospital care. May manage many aspects of a patient’s hospital care to include process management, communications among other physicians involved in the patient’s care, discharge planning, and patient/family communications. Schedule/shifts: 24hr per shift – average 7 shifts per month, with potential to pick up more. 15-18 patient facing hours during 24 hour shift. 100% inpatient/hospitalist role Census 1600 per year On average 2 deliveries per day Education Graduation from an approved ACGME- accredited OB/GYN Residency program Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary of $383,000, with a minimum work requirement of ninety-one 24-hour shifts per year Compensated for any additional shifts worked Sign-on bonus of $50,000 Relocation assistance up to $15,000 CME Allowance up to $5,000 Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision coverage for part-time and above employees and their eligible dependents beginning within 30 days of hire.
