About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, Commercial Relationship Manager to focus on business development and relationship management within the Greater Twin Cities Market, outstate MN, and western WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with community and business leaders to drive growth and enhance the company's market reputation. This role involves providing exemplary client service, expanding relationships, and actively engaging in business development activities to grow new commercial deposit and credit relationships. The SVP will also be involved in credit management, ensuring sound and timely credit decisions, and will be expected to be an active participant in the company's credit decision-making process. Applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, or management, and at least five years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry. The role requires a proven track record in building relationships with business leaders, an established network of influencers, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The SVP will be expected to have a deep understanding of customer business needs and to proactively suggest solutions that create value for both the customer and the company.
