Assembly Associate – Day Shift

Macedon, NY | $16.50/hr

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Looking for a steady Monday–Friday position with weekends off? Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring an Assembly Associate for a well-established manufacturing company in Macedon, NY. If you enjoy hands-on work, have good attention to detail, and are dependable, we'd love to hear from you. Training is provided for the specific assembly process.

Responsibilities

• Hand assemble lightweight components with care and precision.
• Apply epoxy adhesives following detailed work instructions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to Macedon, NY.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand assembly tasks.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, or other hands-on work experience is helpful but not required.
• Dependable with a solid work history and good attendance.
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed work instructions.
