Intensivist / Nocturnist Opportunity - Critical Care Location: Midland, TX Setting: Inpatient / ICU Employment Type: Employed, full-time, permanent position Schedule: 7 on / 7 off Shifts: 12-hour nights Position Highlights Join a multidisciplinary team of physicians and APPs Open ICU environment Responsible for night coverage of critical care patients Certified in full spectrum of ICU procedures including thoracentesis, chest tubes, bronchoscopies, central and arterial lines, and dialysis lines Hospital EMR in place Experience as a hospitalist preferred Serves a regional population of approximately 450,000 Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Texas medical license Compensation & Benefits Salary within the 60-75% MGMA range depending on experience Competitive compensation and benefits package Residency stipends available Sign-on bonus Start bonus Relocation assistance CME allowance Paid medical malpractice coverage Community Highlights Located in the heart of the Permian Basin region of West Texas Metro population of approximately 350,000+ with a large patient service area Airport with nonstop access to major U.S. cities Friendly, family-oriented, and active community Cultural amenities, entertainment, restaurants, and outdoor recreation options
