For more information, visit Job Summary Our Merchandise Specialists support live music events by managing artist merchandise on show day. They inventory, distribute, and display merchandise, handle fan purchases, and assist with post‑event setup. The role requires strong guest service skills, physical endurance, and the ability to work in fast‑moving, outdoor environments. Duties & Responsibilities Participate in inventory count‑in and count‑out procedures Create visually appealing displays and price items correctly Complete sales transactions for each guest Support successful sales operations at each event Contribute to a positive work environment Perform physical duties such as moving equipment or transferring merchandise between locations Take direction from the venue’s Merchandise Manager Skills & Qualifications Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness in order fulfillment Quick thinking and able to respond to guest requests Guest‑oriented, focusing on their requests Team‑driven, working as part of a larger unit Ability to interact with guests politely Self‑starter that does not require significant supervision Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Experience Guest service positions desirable Retail sales backgrounds not necessary Positions that leverage customer service or hospitality Prior experience is not as important as the appropriate attitude and interpersonal skills Job Requirements Must be available for the entire concert day, with shifts as long as 15 hours (with breaks) Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift up to a 50‑pound box Must be able to work in outdoor environments in potential extreme temperatures Must have a working understanding of touch‑screen based systems Must be of legal working age in the state Equal Employment Opportunity Live Nation is passionate about diversity and inclusion.
