Dental Hygienist

Join the leading provider of rural healthcare in Minnesota!This is a unique Dental opportunity, allowing you to work in a cozy Dental Clinic setting within a large, integrated hospital facility. You will work with our Dental staff to assist in making our patients' experience a safe and enjoyable one. Under the direction of a licensed dentist, the Dental Hygienist promotes dental health by performing dental prophylaxis or periodontal therapy, providing oral cancer screening and radiographic studies, conduct oral assessments, conduct patient education and explain how to practice good oral hygiene, provide other duties related to preservation of dental health and prevention of dental disease, and occasional supervision of dental hygiene students. Schedule Full-time - 72 hours per two weeks Monday - Thursday 8AM - 4:30PM and on Fridays8AM-1PM Starting pay begins at $35.85 per hour: exact wage determined by years of related experience Pay range: $35.85 - $53.77 per hour $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates! Qualifications Graduate of accredited Dental Hygiene school Licensed by the State of Minnesota. Current CPR Certification. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist or 2 years in a Dental Clinic. Must possess and demonstrate basic level clinical skills and patient care techniques.
