We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for a Home Health position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Somerset, PA area. This position is eligible for $25,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $15,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first 18 months of employment! To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing & meet performance expectations, and in the role and status for which you were hired! What You’ll Do: Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you Perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, medication management, wound care, and overall health status.
