University of Southern California Care Medical Group seeks a Patient Access Liaison to serve as the primary contact for access to USC academic medical centers. You will answer, screen, and direct calls and messages using a call management system and may schedule appointments. Remote work may be required as directed. Qualifications include high school or equivalent, 2 years in customer service (healthcare preferred), excellent communication, and HIPAA knowledge.
