Receptionist & Guest Services Specialist

Villa at Silverbell Estates is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. The role supports the Administrator and staff by handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing clerical tasks.
This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain security and confidentiality. The receptionist will work closely with Concierge and other departments to ensure smooth communication, manage mail, and assist with basic bookkeeping as needed.
