Data Insights Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Insights Analyst will develop reports and analytics using data from various sources, driving data-informed decisions and collaborating with client-facing teams. Key responsibilities Develop and automate dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, providing context through visualizations Collaborate with client-facing teams to address data needs and manage incoming partner requests Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field Two years of experience in a Data Analyst role or related occupation Two years of experience with client-facing teams and tools including MS Excel, SQL, and either Tableau or Salesforce Experience in developing data and analytics strategies Ability to conduct statistical analysis and provide clear documentation
