Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated CT Technologist for a weekend position responsible for performing high-volume computed tomography procedures. This role requires flexibility to work Friday through Sunday shifts from 7 am to 7 pm, contributing to an understaffed department.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to capture accurate medical images for diagnosis.
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort.
• Maintain strict safety and infection control protocols throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure quality imaging.
• Document patient information and procedure details accurately in the system.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with imaging equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT.
• Proven experience in high-volume CT imaging environments.
• Knowledge of radiation safety standards and protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
