Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions in a secure manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety guidelines.
- Assist with other duties as needed, including restocking supplies and cleaning.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in waitstaff or customer service roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent service.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
