Cancellations Summer Intern

American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Summer Intern to work with our Cancellations team. As a Cancellations Intern you will be responsible for processing cancellations of American Guardian vehicle service agreements. You’ll be tasked with auditing documentation to ensure all guidelines are enforced. Communication with contract holders, dealers and lien holders will be conducted by mail, fax, phone, and e-mail. Responsibilities (Will Include, But Are Not Limited To) Processing and auditing cancel request documents Adhering to state guidelines and various timelines Heavy phone interaction with dealers, agents, customers, and finance companies Prepare daily cancel spreadsheets and issue refunds Interacting with other internal departments Training On-the-job training. Requirements Proficiency with MS Office products & related software applications Experience working with Excel and data entry with typing skills of 35 WPM Familiar with calculating figures and amounts (account payable or account receivable) Previous experience at a warranty administration company or finance department at a dealership is a plus 1 year of Customer Service experience Highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr The Reynolds and Reynolds Company
