Systems Administrator

Overview Our client is a global leader in the lifting solutions industry. They are currently seeking a P21 Systems Administrator to serve as an internal expert and strategic owner of the P21 platform. This role will be responsible for expanding system capabilities, driving process improvement, and leveraging the P21 system as a core operational tool. This team fosters a collaborative environment, puts technology first, and offers a wealth of growth opportunities. This is a newly created role, reporting to the Director of ERP. Responsibilities ERP ownership and strategy System administration and optimization Business process improvement Reporting and data management Integration and system expansion User support and training Benefits Competitive salary with potential bonus Holidays and vacation Requirements 8+ years’ experience of hands on Epicor P21 administration within a distribution or industrial environment P21 configuration, data structures, and core modules experience Strong SQL experience – building reports and large dataset analysis Integration, CRM (Salesforce preference), EDI, and E-Commerce experience Lead ERP process improvements and system optimization Ability to work cross functionally with Sales, Accounting, Operations, and IT Teams Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 annually #J-18808-Ljbffr
