REGISTERED NURSE

Memorial Health in Savannah seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across our Healthcare & Medical Services departments. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety, quality, and excellent patient experience. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient and family education, accurate EHR documentation, and participation in care coordination and discharge planning.
