Client Care Coordinator Benefits Competitive pay ranges between $37,000 - $41,500 per year based on experience. This is an exempt position, not hourly. Paid earned vacation and travel / communication allowances. Liability Insurance, Workers’ Compensation coverage, and unemployment insurance. Company vehicle provided (restrictions apply) Client Care Coordinator Responsibilities Handling incoming client inquiry and client update calls. Completing home assessments for new clients. Providing training and formal orientation classroom learning for new caregivers. Managing all employee education compliance. Providing exemplary customer service. Communicating regularly with clients and their families. Providing all new client onboarding and new caregiver on site trainings. Quality monitoring of care through pop-in visits. Ability to provide and administer formal training, corrections and discipline to staff. Assist with scheduling and handling call offs, emergency coverage, etc. On-call, weekend and night coverage availability required. Client Care Coordinator Requirements Experience – Two years supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred. Education – High school diploma. CNA certification preferred. Skills – Developing personal relationships, time management skills, exemplary communication skills.
