RESPONSIBILITIES: Notarize loan documents, real estate transactions, wills, and powers of attorney; verify signer identities; witness signatures; and ensure each document is executed correctly and lawfully.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: U.S. citizenship and high school diploma or equivalent. Active notary commission; certification training available. Background check required. Loan signing experience preferred. Professionalism, strong communication, and integrity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection, dependable computer with camera and microphone, home-office setup, and reliable transportation with willingness to travel as needed.
PAYMENT: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
