What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Campaign Execution:

Assist in organizing, setting up, executing, and breaking down daily promotional marketing campaigns, brand activations, and live community events. Consumer Engagement:

Interact directly with target audiences to boost brand awareness, deliver key brand messages clearly, and drive customer acquisition. Brand Representation:

Serve as the professional public face of well-known national brands and local businesses, answering consumer inquiries with an energetic attitude. Event Logistics:

Support on-site inventory control, promotional signage setup, visual merchandising, and asset management. Market Insights:

Track daily event performance metrics, collect public feedback, and collaborate with management to optimize future outreach strategies. Team Collaboration:

Cross-train and brainstorm with team members, marketing coordinators, and brand managers to meet regional market targets.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

Must be

18 years or older

and legally authorized to work in the United States. High school diploma or GED equivalent required

(a Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Business is a plus but

not

required). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, public-facing personality. Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced campaign environment. Strong team player with a professional attitude, excellent time management, and a dependable work ethic. Note:

A background in customer service, retail, restaurant/bar service, sales, or volunteer work is a major bonus, but absolutely not required— full training is provided!
