Position Overview As a Carpenter - Exterior & Outdoor Living Specialist , you will play a key role in executing high-quality exterior construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow within a structured, professional construction environment.
You will work alongside experienced team members to deliver projects that meet Paragons standards for craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.

What Youll Do Construct custom decks, porches, and outdoor living structures to specification
Install windows, doors, trim, and exterior components with accuracy
Assist with under-deck drainage systems and weatherproofing solutions
Read and interpret basic plans, layouts, and measurements
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard
Communicate effectively with team leads and contribute to problem-solving on-site
What You Bring 1-3 years of carpentry or construction experience (residential preferred)
Working knowledge of hand and power tools
Basic understanding of construction methods and materials
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and accountable work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
