The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the desire to work in the financial industry long-term and contribute to the growth of our business. The New Business Associate is responsible for assisting Financial Advisors by engaging with prospective clients and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the process. What you’ll do Complete and process new business applications (Schwab and Insurance Company) Collaborate with client and their employer to complete In Service Distributions/Rollovers Follow up on pending new business with the appropriate companies and call each individual client with an update Assist clients with policy questions, issues, and concerns, providing excellent customer service Build and strengthen client relationships through ongoing communication and support Maintain and update client and office databases Discuss Pending Business Report during weekly team meeting Manage all scanning and filing of documents Accurately record notes and outcomes from client interactions
